Sorry for the lack of blog posts these last few weeks, I’ve been so busy and just haven’t had the chance to sit down and write a post. But I’m back! And to get back into things, I thought I would get you all caught up on the exciting things I’ve been up to the last two weeks.
Other than trying to keep on top of exam revision and deadlines, I have had a surprisingly lovely few weeks, mainly catching up with friends. But before we get into all the fun stuff, I just want to say that the next few weeks are probably going to be pretty hectic for me, what with exams just around the corner, so I apologise in advance if the posts are not as frequent or up to par as usual.
The last fews week were pretty fun, not only did I see George Ezra live, who was bloody amazing as usual. One of the things I love about George Ezra is that whenever he performs live, even if it’s a huge venue like O2 Arena, he always seems shocked when the crowd sing the lyrics to his songs, and the smile It brings to his face is honestly the cutest thing EVER.
I was also quite fortunate to see The Internet perform live for the first time, and it was beautiful. Unlike all the other concerts I tend to go to, this one was much groovier, I don’t think there was a single person in the crowd who wasn’t dancing and just having the time other their lives. If anything, going to the concert turned me into a fan of The Internet, because before seeing them perform I liked their music but now I’m in love with it.
This weekend on the other hand was a bit more relaxing, I spent most of it just chilling with friends and too top it off I went to the theatre to see Hamilton. For anyone that hasn’t seen Hamilton yet, it is honestly one of my favourite musicals, so much so that I have seen it twice already and I honestly can’t wait to see it again. I’m not going to lie; it is a bit pricier than other musicals/plays that are showing in London at the moment but I would highly recommend you go see it if you can.
Over the next few weeks, until exams are over, I’m going to try and post my usual weekly posts but I am sorry if they’re not as lengthy or interesting as usual (I’ll try my best!). And I wish you all luck for any potential exams you may have in the next few weeks, I’m sure you will all do fabulously! Have a lovely rest of the week and I’ll see you soon with a new shiny post.
Love Sharuni xx
